Steps on tracking your parcel

Local Singapore Package Tracking 
website for tracking: www.singpost.com

Step 1: Click the "track item" tab and enter your tracking number provided. 

After which, click on the red "track item" button and you'll see the status description. 

Step 2: Click on the tracking number and you'll be able to track the status according to dates. 

Local (Singapore) package delivery: 3 - 5 working days

International Registered Package Tracking (For parcel less than 2kg)

Step 1: Click the "track item" tab and enter your tracking number provided. 

After which, click on the red "track item" button and you'll see the status description. 

Step 2: Click on the tracking number and you'll be able to track the status according to dates. 

Step 3: To view more details or track the item in your country, select your country using the drop down menu. After which, you'll be directed to the page with the respective collaborating shipping company information.

Step 4: Enter your tracking number into the track item box again. Local details and/or status of the package will be displayed on the page. 

International package registered delivery: 8 - 18 working days

International Speedpost Package Tracking (For parcel more than 2kg)

website for tracking: www.speedpost.com.sg

Step 1: Enter the tracking number given into the "track and trace" box. Click "Track".

Step 2: Click on "View details" to see the most updated status of your parcel.

Dates and whereabouts of the parcel should be specified on the details page. 

International speedpost delivery: 8 - 18 working days
